How change css for each page

Hello, I have a request. I would like to do it yourself, help-about center in a different color than the default. Just like in this picture, eg twiitter. This effect can be achieved with profile-styler with younetco. But I would like to edit the color'' help'','' privacy'', or one of the newly created pages / example. Can someone please enlighten me which file to edit?

you can change anything on your page, just put some css in pages, links or wherever you want to change colors.
if you mean on help and privacy page, that is easy. personally, I used some kind of widget for tos and privacy page, and I put in this widget css to style it

Right but where is the file ? you mean , do that normally in layout editor? Where can i put different css. For example if i want to change background color and menu color for ''help & privacy'' pages, or which widget use?

Make widget, and put inline css in it, directly....where is a problem??
